WESTERFIELD SQUARE

Westerfield Square, Tottenham, is the proposed development of light industrial spaces, studios, commercial units and retail across two new buildings. The site, between the Overground Station on Seven Sisters Road and the Underground Station on West Green Road, has been designed as a collage of five entities: North Building, South Building, Brunswick Park, the ecological corridor and the public square that connects them all.

Westerfield Square has been designed to be versatile, innovative and characterful. It is a place that enables businesses to learn and grow, is committed to enhancing the environment and above all, a place for the local community to thrive whilst celebrating the cultural identity of Tottenham.

Both buildings have been designed with specific spatial, environmental and construction principles to support and be adaptable for the current and future uses.
