ST GEORGE’S SQUARE, LONDON

We were asked to reconfigure the lower ground and ground floor of a Grade II Listed Georgian townhouse situated on one of London’s beautiful residential squares.

Our client who previously lived on the lower ground floor, was keen to move up to the ground floor.  We reconfigured the front of the lower ground floor to create a new home which was then sold once completed.

As part of the work to the ground floor apartment, we knocked a modest opening between the front and the back of the house, allowing views of the trees in the square from everywhere in the plan. We carefully restored original features within the house, whilst complementing them with contemporary additions and sympathetic materials.
